today makes it a month that i've been back in the States from my trip. the same trip that i prepared and stressed over for months. the very same trip that while on it, i refused to blog! haha
people keep asking how my visit was, and SO much happened. it was great, i dont regret going at all. one of those experiences that i had to go through myself. im not sure I could sum it up correctly if i tried. Kingston is a lot like D.C. in many ways, but there are also huge differences. somehow, my mind lives somewhere in between. which i suppose is fitting, because i'm so conflicting myself. I just can't wait to go back!
already, a lot of positive, progressive things have happened in this month that i'm really excited about. it blows my mind that we're halfway through the year already! i feel like it was
just christmas! so here's to the rest of the year...i swear i'll be keeping my fingers crossed the entire time.
